Refund Policy

PixelForge aims to deliver high quality work. This policy explains when refunds may be granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only if:
• Work has not started
• PixelForge fails to deliver the agreed scope in a significant way

Refunds Not Available

Refunds are not granted when:
• Work has begun
• Client changes mind after work starts
• Client requests changes outside the scope
• Deliverables are completed or delivered
• Client causes delays
• Client fails to provide required content or feedback

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are considered only if PixelForge agrees that the issue was significant. Amount depends on work completed.

Refund Request Process

Submit requests by email to support@pixelforgeagency.org with project name, reason, and evidence. We respond within 7 business days.

Non Refundable Items

• Digital deliverables provided
• Final design or code assets
• Custom development work already completed or delivered
